Featuring the same interactive bass and treble controls as the "Nordstrand NJ4SV Bass Pickups Set & 3B Preamp EQ. Condition is "Used". This set is standard common Fender long/short pickup size.

These preamps are built in house at Nordstrand and utlize high quality audio grade potentiometers, output jacks, and battery clips. I have two basses with Aguilar's 3b preamp.. it's a really great pre, the treble is set very high and the lows are VERY touchy.. you could add more low end than any other preamp I've heard. That said, Nordstrand is my favorite, by a pretty long shot. John East makes some really great high-end pres, as well.

This bass features a Carvin neck-thru blank, Nordstrand pickups, ACG EQ-02 Preamp, buckeye burl top, purpleheart sides, pistachio back The Nordstrand 3B Preamp is a 3 band bass preamp with 3 equalization control pots. Overall gain is +/- 10db by a trim pot on the circuit board. Bass +/- 12db @ 50Hz Treble +/- 12db @ 4khz Midrange +/- 12db @ 1k with no external capacitors.
